The Black Swan is a pure and true expression of the Steenberg terrior and its reputation for producing some of the finest Sauvignon Blanc wines in this region.
The nose shows hints of Nasturtium at first with good underlying sugar-snap peas, fresh asparagus and capsicum.The palate is more complex with fresh lemon and hints of dried apricot.
The Black Swan is a wonderful food wine with a full and long finish.It will reward cellaring between 10-20 years.

Vegetarian pastas including asparagus and pea pasta. Seafood platters. Cheese platters including both soft and hard cheeses. Pairs well with Goats cheeses and Feta.
