The Steenberg Sauvignon Blanc is a typical cool climate Sauvignon Blanc with a magnificent pale straw colour and slight green hue. It boasts a full bouquet of fresh Cape gooseberry, lemon zest, granny smith apple and white peach. A well carried acidity is followed lively flavours on the palate of citrus blossom and quince with a distinctive mineral core derived from the Steenberg terroir.

It is a wine that will bottle and age well over the next 2 – 5 years.
