Description
The nose initially shows aroma much like tomato relish and follows on to hues of aniseed, dried porchini mushroom, rooibos tea leaf and earthy characters.
It has a tart acidity and grippy Nebbiolo type tannins.
A bright , fresh palate eases off to show classic Nebbiolo varietal characters of sour cherry, raspberry and tobacco leaf.

Medium rare meats such as game including Springbok fillet with a cranberry or cherry coulis.
