The 2018 Lady R has a pale copper hue and an effervescence finesse of elegant fine bubbles.
The nose shows off aromas of hints of red apple, desiccated coconut, raspberry pie, almond paste, citrus biscuits and savoury dried herbs.
The creaminess on the palate is well complemented by the subtle yet refreshing acidity of the wine. It carries over with a good salinity on the palate alongside restrained pear and cinnamon spiciness.
It is seriously structured and shows elegance and beautiful ageing potential
