This wine boasts the fine terroir of Steenberg and the way it has been treated, with first glance at the wine. It carries on to show a resonance of dill, capers and greenage on both the nose and palate. A dominant palate with good acidity and spice as well as pithy yet creamy texture round off the overall mouth feel. It has a textured palate displaying citrus zest, vanilla and apricot. It ends off with a lingering mineral finish which completes the experience and journey of this wine.

It can be enjoyed now but will evolve extremely well over a period of 5-7 years.

Food pairing suggestion:

This wine will be enhanced by pairing it with Shellfish, Thai curry accented by ginger and lemongrass.
