The palate consists of intense flavours of tropical fruit to herbal notes and carries on to a well balanced acidity. The wine is fresh and lively and an elevated expression of Sauvignon Blanc which ends off with a long crisp finish

A great amount of attention has been put into this wine,which is a true expression of the Klein Constantia style. It consists of a blend of various parcels from the estate, each kept separate throughout the wine making process. The end result is a carefully and perfect representation of the unique terroir Klein Constantia has to show off.
